Lana Del Rey

Inspired by Lana Del Rey and her album Born to Die, this project was created during a four-day typography workshop exploring music packaging and visual storytelling.

The identity was developed across a vinyl sleeve, CD, poster and record labels through a handcrafted typographic system. The main lettering was first drawn in Chinese ink, then refined digitally to preserve its soft, ribbon-like movement and romantic atmosphere.

The visual direction combines deep burgundy tones with soft pink and muted yellow accents, directly inspired by Lana Del Rey’s cinematic and melancholic universe. Throughout the process, I explored multiple material and texture experiments to build a tactile and cohesive visual language across every format.
